Grace and I are headed to Florida at 5:15a.m. Our flight doesn't leave until 7:30a.m. but Dallas and I have this obsession with getting to the airport early. You never know how much traffic will be on the road, you never know how long it will take you to get through security, etc. Better safe than sorry. It is one obsession that Dallas and I have in common. We would rather sit at the airport for hours than to be pushing it.
We are staying until Tuesday. Mom is home and doing well. We are looking forward to seeing everyone.

ReplyDeleteI think you're quite smart to get to the airport early. When we went to Florida in September, we missed the turn for the airport and went 8 miles out of the way! Then we were freaking out thinking we might miss the plane, because we had planned on getting there an hour early. Turned out we were fine and had plenty of time, but that panic feeling was NOT FUN.
