I have all of Decembers Elf on the Shelf photos and many more photos but don't know when I will get around to posting them.  I may do one post with all of the Elf on the Shelf and one post with December happenings.  We'll see.  Starting tomorrow I am going to try and keep up with both my 365 of day photo groups again so expect to see lots more photos again.

Happy 17th Birthday Zachary! Where did the time go? The only candle we could find in the house was a 5 candle.  It worked.

Last home football game of the season against big rival.  The stadium was packed. They brought in extra stands for the game.  There was standing room only.  I go for the halftime show not the game.  Proud of Zachary for doing an excellent job as drum major this year.  Last competition he won best drum major for his class.  Most likely he will get to led the band next year too.

Trying to catch up on my photos.  I still have many gaps but I am going to try and start taking and editing photos again at least for one of my photo challenges.

We have joined Duke China Care group.  It is an awesome program from Asian children.  They are letting Julia participate too.  The older children are matched with a mentor and the younger children have a playgroup.  The girls and boys have loved going to the few events they have been to so far.

It is hard to believe Alyssa is now 6.  She had a wonderful birthday.  We made homemade pizzas for dinner and went bowling.  She was so excited.

Alyssa fell in love with this panda cake at the Asian Supermarket.  It was quite interesting.   The cake is vanilla with some sort of melon in the middle.  She absolutely loved it!

Zachary is saying goodbye.  He found Gizmo at the pound 6 1/2 years ago after coming home from visiting Mee Mee.  He loved this dog.  Monday we found out he had a large rapidly growing tumor that wasn't operable.  Gizmo was obviously in pain. Today he was put to sleep.  Broke all our hearts, he was a crazy but good dog.  It is just not the same without Gizmo.
