The good news is everyone with a February LID recieved their SC(Seeking Confirmation). Also called LOA(can't remember what the A stands for, but the L-letter and O- of). The bad news is it should have been of us. We probably would have been LID Feb. 25 if our LOI(letter of intent)wasn't lost. After the SC is sent you immediately sign and send back and it is usually 3 weeks until TA(Travel Approval). Once you recieve travel approval you can travel in as early as a week if you can get a CA(Consulate appt.). Chinese adoption is full of acroynms. Guess it wasn't meant to be our turn. Sure wish it was. I would love to be able to go get Grace as soon as school was over. If CCAA(Chinese Center of Adoption Affairs) keeps up this pace, we could travel mid July. I could live with that. They do say the heat is unbearable even worse than Florida. It would be worth it though.
I am still planning to post more information about Grace. Just haven't gotten to it yet.
